I have been podcasting since May of 2007. I enjoy the Macintosh computer. I use a Heil PR40 microphone hooked up to a FocusRite TrakMaster Pro Platinum preamp and compressor for the podcast.

A Little Bit About The Podcast
This podcast, as well as the prerecorded studio shows, has live shows that are on the same feed. You can participate in these if you would like. They usually take place on special occasions at 8:30 PM Eastern Time (5:30 PM PST, 1:00 AM Sunday BST) All that you must do to participate is to go over to Talkshoe and sign up for a free account. Also, if you do not feel comfortable doing this, you can call 724-444-7444 on any telephone or VoIP client such as Skype. You can then just join in as a nonmember. If you do not mind becoming a member, it is totally free. Just sign up, download the free Talkshoe Live software, and call that same number. It will ask you for the talkcast ID. Punch in “30965#.” Then you enter your PIN, and you are on live with us. You can click “request to talk” and I will put you in the queue and you will be on live with us. I hope this helps! You can find the podcast here. Then, click one of the subscription buttons, such as the subscribe in iTunes button. You can also click the “Subscribe In iTunes” button at the top of the page. If you are using certain browsers, such as Camino or Firefox, you may be prompted to tell the browser if the link is allowed to access an external application, such as iTunes. You should allow it to do this and check the box to remember the preference. Enjoy!
